Targeting the shoulders, triceps, biceps, laterals, and core stability, this workout routine is designed to be a basis for toning and strengthening the upper body. Feel free to increase the weight/resistance; you can use this video both at a beginner or experienced level.
The equipment needed for this routine includes resistance bands and handle bands but can be substituted for free weights.
