Megan is a NASM and Nouflex Certified Trainer who is passionate about movement and overall wellbeing. She believes that exercise is the best tool for mental and physical health, longevity, and feeling good. When she isn't training or exercising, she loves surfing, skiing, hiking, swimming, and pretending she's a professional chef. She's excited to help others begin their health journey and make fitness accessible and maintainable.
